You are cordially invited to attend the CHCSI ANNUAL MEETING for residents of the Camino Heights and Camino Hills neighborhood on TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 10th at 6:00 p.m. at CHATEAU DAVELL WINERY, 3020 Vista Tierra Dr.  All residents, whether you are a member/owner, new resident, non-member, or renter are welcome to attend.  Complimentary hors d'oeuvres will be served and wine will be available for purchase by the glass or bottle. 

CHCSI is a non-profit corporation created in the 1970s to oversee, preserve, protect, and maintain the 40+/- acres of open space that was once a golf course.  Owned and operated by the volunteer membership, CHCSI works to ensure that an undeveloped, pastoral, fire-safe environment for walking, jogging, and communing with nature is available for the enjoyment of all residents.  The open space increases the value of our properties making Camino Heights & Camino Hills a desirable neighborhood in which to live.

At the meeting residents will have the opportunity to join our membership, pay their annual $100 dues (due by March 31st), voice questions and concerns, learn what the Board of Directors worked on in 2025, review the financial report, and volunteer for the 2026 Board of Directors and/or Mowing & Maintenance Team.

Only members in good standing have voting rights and the right to hold office.  Members must be owner residents and pay the one time membership fee of $250 plus the $100 annual dues.  We currently have 55 member households and encourage all property owners, especially those who border the open space, to become members in order to have a voice in the management of it.  Any non-member resident, whether a renter or owner, is welcome to donate any amount of money and/or to volunteer their time to help maintain our open space.  If you will be joining and/or paying your dues at the meeting, please bring a check (no cash, please) made out to CHCSI. If you are unable to attend, please mail your check to CHCSI, P.O. Box 7, Camino CA 95709 by March 31st.
